The Lycée Français de Manille is recruiting a primary school English teacher!

Under the authority of the head of school and in line with the school’s strategic plan, your mission will be to implement the institution’s language policy, particularly through the PARLE program:

• From kindergarten to Grade 5 (CM2), introduce and support students in learning English, helping them acquire language skills aligned with the objectives of Cycles 1 to 3

• Design and deliver structured teaching sequences adapted to students’ needs, in accordance with the curriculum (both for English classes and CLIL/EMILE lessons)

• Apply differentiated instruction to address the diversity of student levels within classes

• Integrate an intercultural dimension into learning

• Establish a calm, supportive, and positive classroom environment

• Develop practices that encourage cooperation, responsibility, and living together

• Participate in parent-teacher meetings, pedagogical meetings, and training sessions

• Assess students in line with competency frameworks and monitor their progress

• Contribute to educational projects and to school life

• Actively participate in the life of the school and promote the visibility and reputation of LFM

Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and committed teacher, capable of teaching English at the primary level, from kindergarten to Grade 5 (CM2).

If you are not a native speaker with a good command of French, you must demonstrate a proven C1 level in English, along with experience teaching primary school students.
Experience in a school within the French international education network, as well as in an English-speaking cultural, linguistic, and literary context, will be highly valued.

Located near the economic heart of the capital, the Lycée Français de Manille is an AEFE-accredited school within the French international education network, welcoming 320 students from preschool to high school.
