It's back to school for our students! The excitement was palpable, among students and parents alike. In the presence of the French Ambassador to the Philippines, Mme Marie Fontanel, the school principal, Mme Eliette Baud, welcomed everyone into the auditorium. Parents also had the opportunity to accompany their children to class and to visit our new canteen supplier: Kitchen City.

The second AEFE scholarship campaign for 2024-2025 will begin on July 8, 2024 and end on September 9, 2024.

The deadline for applications is Monday, September 9, 2024. We recommend that you submit your application as soon as the campaign begins.

Conditions for access to scholarships

 

Scholarship applicants must: - Be of French nationality. - To be registered in the register of French nationals abroad. (For registration details click here) - Reside with their family (father and/or mother, legal guardian). - Born prior to December 31, 2021- Be educated in a French school approved by the French Ministry of National Education.

 

Information 

 

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of means and family assets.

Preparation of the file 

 

Download, complete and sign the 2024/2025 Scholarship Application Form, leaving no section blank.

 

Be sure to provide all the documents requested on the list.

 

Any incomplete or misinformed application will delay the processing of your application and may result in the rejection of your scholarship application.

 

Even if your child has already received a grant in the past, we must receive a new complete file. The scholarship application is valid only for the current year and must therefore be renewed each year.

 

Photocopies cannot be made at the Embassy.

 

Submission and study of the file 

 

The Embassy's social services department will examine the grant application on the basis of the form and supporting documents provided.

Applications must be submitted by post to the French Embassy in Manila. Please submit your application in the morning only.

All elements of your application will be examined in Philippine pesos.

 

In accordance with instructions, all conversions are made at the exchange rate of 16/09/2023, i.e. 1 peso = 0.01625 euros.

2024/2025 Campaign Calendar

  • July 8, 2024 : Scholarship campaign opens

  • September 9, 2024 : Final date for receipt of applications for examination

  • October 14, 2024 : Meeting of the 2nd Consular Scholarship Council in Manila and transmission of proposals to the Agence pour l'Enseignement Français à l'Etranger (AFEE)

  • December 11 and 12, 2024 : Meeting of the Second National Scholarship Commission in Paris (CNB2)

  • Late December 2024 : Early January 2025 Notification to families of scholarship award decision
